Рассматриваются новые информационные технологии, которые могут быть использованы для создания реестров зданий и квартир с использованием 3D – технологий. Регистр квартир создается при строительстве зданий с использованием BIM ("Building Information Model" и "Building Information Modeling"). Выполняют работы в национальной системе координат авторизированные инспекторы. Discusses the new information technologies that can be used for the creation of registers of buildings and apartments with the use of 3D technologies. Register of flats is processed during the construction of buildings using BIM ("Building Information Model" and "Building Information Modeling"). Perform the work in the national coordinate system officially authorized surveyors.
