Annotation:
The article describes a proposal for the process of creating a BIM Project Execution Plan – BEP (BIM is Building Information Modelling) for transport infrastructure. The article describes the reasons leading to the creation of BEP for each construction of transport infrastructure where the BIM method will be used. The article describes of the personnel, time, data, financial, technological, coordination and organizational links from the building vision to operation and maintenance phases, describing both to determine the responsibilities of the various stakeholders and responsible staff involved in the BIM process. Článek popisuje návrh procesu vytváření BIM Project Execution Plan - BEP (Building Information Modeling) pro dopravní infrastrukturu. Článek popisuje příčiny vzniku BEP pro každou výstavbu dopravní infrastruktury, kde bude použita metoda BIM. Článek popisuje personální, časové, datové, finanční, technologické, koordinační a organizační vazby mezi vizí budovy a fází provozu a údržby, popisující jak odpovědnost jednotlivých zúčastněných stran, tak odpovědných pracovníků zapojených do procesu BIM.
