Anotace:
The paper briefly mentions the emergence of modern Czech surveying nomenclature in the 19th century as apart of national self-awareness and technical development. The next part is devoted to an important publication prof. František Novotný: Czech-German-French dictionary Surveying nomenclature, published in 1902. Developments in the second half of the 20th century up to the present are the content of the last two chapters, which provide information on the Terminological Commission of the Czech Surveying and Cadastre Office.
