Anotace: Seminar focused on cadastre of real estate from the point of view of legal regulations, technical regulations, practical experience of professionally qualified persons in the performance of land surveying activities and from the point of view of questions of these persons on specific implementation conditions of land surveying performances. The aim is to provide the most important information related to the administration of the Land Register and the practical application of the rules of constitutional, civil, construction and related law in the actual performance of land surveying activities. Registration of rights in the Land Register on the basis of documents in paper or electronic form, especially for a right that relates only to a part of land (geometric plan) or a building that is not part of the land or the right to build. At present, separate housing units are being built in the original roof spaces of building complexes and a dispute arises between the owner and the builder. Geometric plan and documentation on the demarcation of land boundaries, especially the binding nature of legal acts and geometric determination of the ownership boundaries of land (size and shape). Positional determination of ownership boundaries in relation to the surrounding planimetry elements (analog image, or digitally coordinates of points and their links), The issue of renewal of the cadastral map (KMD/DKM map), different depiction of e.g. buildings (twisting, shifting), non-compliance with the original continuity of borders during revision, dealing with corrections when declaring the validity of the revised map in case of non-objections in the comment procedure, dealing with corrections of erroneous drawing if the error occurred during digitization, demarcation of the ownership boundary of the land. Easements - general principles in the preparation of GP for easements, resolution of disputes between owners/network administrators and owners of neighbouring lands, erroneous drawing of easements on maps and its consequences, the issue of the necessity of measuring at identical points for a new display in the CN map and linking the targeted change to the planimetric content of the cadastral map. Seminář v oblasti katastru nemovitostí z hlediska právních předpisů, technických předpisů, praktických zkušeností odborně způsobilých osob při výkonu zeměměřických činností a z hlediska dotazů těchto osob na konkrétní realizační specifické podmínky zeměměřických výkonů. Cílem je poskytnutí nejdůležitějších informací spojených se správou katastru nemovitostí a praktického uplatňování pravidel ústavního, občanského, stavebního a souvisejícího práva při vlastním výkonu zeměměřických činností. Zápisy práv do katastru na základě písemností v listinné nebo elektronické podobě, zejména pro právo, které se týká jen části pozemku (geometrický plán) nebo budovy, která není součástí pozemku ani práva stavby, popř.na cizím pozemku, nebo na cizí stavbě. V současné době dochází u stavebních komplexů v původních střešních prostorách k výstavbě samostatných bytových jednotek a vzniká spor mezi vlastníkem a stavitelem. Geometrický plán a dokumentace o vytyčení hranic pozemků, zejména závaznost právního jednání a geometrického určení vlastnických hranic pozemků (rozměr a tvar). Polohové určení vlastnických hranic ve vztahu k okolním prvkům polohopisu (analogový obraz, nebo digitálně souřadnice bodů a jejich spojnice). Problematika obnovy KN (mapa KMD/DKM), rozdílné zobrazení např. budov (stočení, posunutí), nedodržení původní návaznosti hranic při přepracování, řešení oprav při vyhlášení platnosti přepracované mapy při neuplatnění námitek v rámci připomínkového řízení, řešení oprav chybného zákresu, pokud chyba vznikla při digitalizaci, vytyčení vlastnické hranice pozemku. Věcná břemena - obecné principy při zpracování GP pro věcná břemena, řešení sporů vlastníků/správců sítí s vlastníky sousedních pozemků, chybný zákres věcných břemen do map a jeho důsledky, problematika nutnosti měření na identické body pro nové zobrazení do mapy KN a navázání zaměřované změny na polohopisný obsah katastrální mapy.
