Annotation: eng The methodology standardizes and unifies the way of measuring and determining the interior and exterior of buildings from the perspective of existing national and European standards. It performs first of all the definitions of the terms used in the methodology and the method of determining the floor areas. For measurement purposes, geodetic measurements carried out by skilled workers are clearly proposed. The measurement results must be linked to the existing information systems, especially the information system of the cadastre of real estates, the register of territorial identification of addresses and real estates, the information system on the territory and digital maps of towns and municipalities. cze Technologický postup standardizuje a sjednocuje způsob měření a určení interiéru a exteriéru budov z pohledu jednak stávajících národních a evropských standardů. Provádí v první řadě definice pojmů použitých v metodice a způsob určení podlahových ploch. Pro měření se navrhují jednoznačně používat geodetická měření prováděná odborně způsobilými pracovníky. Výsledky měření musí navazovat na stávající informační systémy zvláště pak informační systém katastru nemovitostí, registr územní identifikace adres a nemovitostí, informační systém o území a digitální mapy měst a obcí.
