Annotation: The exhibition focuses on Game preserve and pheasants, which are now widely understood as wooded fenced areas for breeding and hunting game and remain a side to research interest. However, they have long and rich tradition in our countries. The available professional literature mentions the first mentions of the establishment of a field in our territory already in the second half of the 13th century. The industry boomed between the 15th and 17th centuries and has been maintained to this day. Výstava se zaměřuje na obory a bažantnice, které jsou dnes obecně chápány jako zalesněný ohrazený prostor sloužící k chovu a lovu zvěře a zůstávají i nadále stranou badatelského zájmu. Obory a obornictví však mají v našich zemích dlouhou a bohatou tradici. Dostupná odborná literatura uvádí první zmínky o zřizování obor na našem území již ve 2. polovině 13. století. Velký rozmach zaznamenalo obornictví mezi 15. a 17. stoletím a udrželo se až do současnosti.
