Annotation: Modular IoT Block for Digital Twin Building is software for integrating IoT data into professional facility management and BIM processes. By using the modular IoT block for digital twin of the building: BIM-SPRÁVA BUDOV, the user upgrades the facility management processes he performs in the CAFM software with online information from IoT sensors and thus creates an online digital twin of the building from the data model. By using the whole system, individual facility management elements (e.g. inspections), technical and building elements (e.g. boiler) are linked to the actual information obtained from the sensors (temperature). By using the software, the user thus obtains comprehensive information and improves the safety in the building, both from a structural point of view as well as fire and general safety. For the integration of IoT into BIM, the internal database of the software was also extended to include sections that contain sensor data and form a link from the IoT data to the CCI classification system.
