Annotation: The methodology defines the most optimal procedure for measuring and processing relative gravity measurements for accurate determination of the vertical gravity gradient. In addition to choosing a suitable polynomial to approximate the operation of the relative gravimeter during the measurement, it also deals with the choice of the degree of the polynomial to describe the change in gravity acceleration with height.
